Super Bowl Sunday Prep

Okay now that your hair is looking good this Sunday (see previous post), you may want to host a Super Bowl Sunday fiesta at your place. Even if you have done nothing at this point to prepare, check out my menu below which you can throw together in no time!

My house is divided. I am a Maryland girl so I am pulling for a Ravens’ victory. My California born husband is thrilled about the 49ers. Either way, it has been an exciting playoff season and Beyonce is the halftime entertainer so Sunday is looking pretty good to me right now.

For a starter, I tried this Rachel Ray antipasti bites recipe and it got RAVE (can’t help myself sometimes!) reviews. Very simple to make and not too heavy, which can be appealing when you are usually surrounded by wings, chips, and cheese. See full recipe here.
