Rushing around with last minute Halloween preparations? Well, this time of year, we start to do that.. that rushing around thing. Here and there we go, and just one more stop over there, until we are exhausted. Resist the urge to do too much and try to begin the unofficial start to your holiday season with a focus on what matters. Simplicity! Spending quality time with family and friends, enjoying great moments together, and taking it all in are what really matter especially this time of year.
Even if you didn’t have time to plan a festive Halloween event at your house this year, still think of extending an invite to a neighbor or friend to join you for the fun of Halloween night. Tomorrow before dusk put some apples, cheese, and crackers out on your table (which you can snack on all night), turn on some seasonal tunes, and get the candy ready for trick-or-treaters. Delight in passing out candy to all the kids in their creative costumes or enjoy walking around with your own children. Maybe even watch a classic Halloween movie. It is never too late to start a new season traditional. However you decide to spend it, I hope you have a spooktacular Halloween night!
