Good morning! I finally feel recovered after the BlogHer’14 conference. I was up early, stayed up late, and bounced from conference room to conference room meeting talented women for two days.

I am happy to be back home in and my routine. A favorite way to start my day is with a cup of coffee and a healthy breakfast. My go-to is steel-cut oats or greek yogurt and organic fruit. Right now, I cannot get enough berries and peaches. The real bonus though is the protein and fiber you consume in this delicious breakfast without even thinking about it!
