For the most part, I think I was an easy-going bride. There were some details I was very specific about like the table setting and the menu selections. I also knew I wanted an ice luge with purple flowers for tequila drinks. I am a huge fan of treats and sweets, so I wanted a dessert bar for our guests. My husband was in charge of the band. Our wedding planner Alex worked her magic to give us stunning flowers from Mark’s Garden, great lighting and fabric options, and she knew the perfect photo booth company for our reception. Alex helped us through it all, breaking down all the big decisions and made recommendations based on her many years of experience. Our guests also really enjoyed the soup and grilled cheese sandwiches to close out the night before we all moved to the downstairs bar to continue the party.
It was truly the happiest day of our lives (up until this point… baby P is going to make his/her grand entrance soon!). Everything came together as we had envisioned and it was so special to be with all our family and friends, wishing us well and celebrating all night together. Happy anniversary to all of you out there celebrating a beautiful October anniversary!
